- stained glass, watercolor journaling
All my working years were in the analytical fields of science and engineering. During those years it was important to me to remain connected to the arts and included being a docent at a performing arts center and taking a program in interior design from UCSC. I knew that someday there would be more freedom to choose and explore different art forms and actually participate. When I retired, one of my first priorities was to find a local group of creatives and join in. Aromas Hills Artisans was the right group at the right time. My own focus now is stained glass and watercolor journaling. They are both challenging and therapeutic, but with the diversity of talent and art forms represented in AHA, there may be something new in the future. It is said that the journey is more important than the goal and is ever so true for me. AHA is a wonderfully supportive organization.
